Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at primroseclothing08@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll sort it out for you.
